Term and condition

1) For the placement of the maid/ servant our fee is equal to the maid’s/ servant`s ‘one month’s salary + 1250 1st time Registration charge


2) The replacement period of maid/servant will be 11 months from the date of joining of the fi rst maid/servant with a maximum of 3 replacements. If the maid continues to work after 11 months, or the customer stays with the maid continuously, the customer will be required to pay service charges after every 11 months. But if for any reason the customer wants to cancel the contract then no refund will be given.


3) During the 11 month`s of replacement time ,if you wish to cancel the contract for any reason ,the service charge /recruitment fees paid to us will not be refunded.


4) The amount paid to us at the time of joining is the recruitment fee / service charge for you to fi nd a maid/servant. The salary of the maid/ servant starts from that day when she starts work and needs to pay directly on monthly basis.


5) Prior to the placement of the maid/servant, the client has to give us the job description of the type of work the maid/servant needs to do and the salary off ered. The client cannot make the maid/servant do anything outside the job description nor reduce the salary of the maid/servant. if the maid/servant leaves because the client asked her to do anything outside the job description or due to reduction of salary then jhanvi jobs pvt ltd will not the replace the maid/servant and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client.


6) In case you do not like the maid/ servant kindly give a notice of 15 days before you release the maid/ servant so that we can fi nd a better quality maid/ servant for you.The maid/ servant which has been sent for replacement cannot be off ered less salary than the fi rst maid/ servant.Also the job description or work required to do by the maid/ servant cannot be charged by the client. In case you wish to release the maid/ servant or the maid/ servant leaves the job and you wish to take a replacement, you need to clear the salary dues of the previous maid/ servant before a replacement is sent. in case the salary of the previous maid/ servant is not cleared, we will not be sending a replacement.


7) In case the maid/ servant is absent because she is unwell/family emergency, no replacement will be given if the maid/ servant promises to join back as soon she is healthy/ fi t for work. In case the maid/ servant does not join back within 15 days, you can ask us for replacement.


8) We strongly suggest that the client does a police verifi cation of the maid/ servant. This ensures that the maid/ servant is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any crime done by the candidate jhanvi jobs pvt ltd . not be responsible for the same.


9) If the maid/servant asks for his/her salary in advance, it is entirely the clients decision to give him/her an advance salary. In case the leaves and you have paid excess salary to him/her, jhanvi jobs pvt ltd will not be responsible to retrieve/refun


10) If the invoices are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement will be provided as mentioned above usually the time taken for the replacement is 15 days but it may vary depending on the availability. In case of an unlikely event of we not able to give you a replacement within 15 days and you want to cancel the contract, a credit note will be issued of the entire amount that you paid to us which you can use for any jhanvi jobs pvt ltd service in the future.


11) The client will check the bags, purse or any other thing that the maid/ servant is carrying before the maid/ servant enters the home and before the maid/ servant leaves the home.


12) The client agrees that the maid/ servant will be not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically. Also the client cannot in increase the work or reduce the salary of the maid/ servant other than what was discussed during the interview. If the maid/ servant leaves due to any such reason, jhanvi jobs pvt ltd will not replace the maid/ servant and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client.


13) The salary of the maid/ servant needs to be paid on time every month. In case the maid/ servant leaves because you delay in paying the salary, we will not be giving a replacement for the maid/ servant.


14) In case you shift your house and the same maid/ servant cannot continue in the new location, replacement of the maid/ servant will not be provided


15) Jhanvi jobs pvt ltd will not be responsible if you choose to give any advance salary or goods to the domestic help .


16) The payment has to be made in favour of Sudama Devi or Jayram Mandal only.
